First make the pumpkin spice granola with oats, coconut oil, honey, pumpkin spice seasoning, salt + pumpkin seeds baking in the oven at 300 F for about 40 minutes. While the granola cools down, toast a slice of sourdough bread in a skillet with olive oil. Then, top the toast with Siggi’s pumpkin spice skyr, it’s packed with 15g of protein has no artificial ingredients plus it’s super creamy and flavorful making it the perfect base for this fall inspired toast. Follow that up with sliced figs from the farmers market, then sprinkle the homemade pumpkin spice granola over the top with a cinnamon infused honey drizzle to finish it off
