Gameday Taquitos

1: Season the beef chuck roast liberally with salt and cut into 3-inch pieces.

2: Sear the beef pieces in avocado oil in a dutch oven until browned on all sides.

3: After searing, add the beef back to the dutch oven with beef bone broth, cumin, adobo peppers, halved onion, and garlic.

4: Cook on a low simmer for at least two hours.

5: Shred the beef and return it to the broth to cook for another 30 minutes.

6: Warm the corn tortillas to make them pliable.

7: Add the shredded beef to the tortillas, rolling tightly and securing with a toothpick.

8: Fry the taquitos in avocado oil until golden brown and place them on a wire rack to cool.

9: Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
