Ingredients: 2 medium avocados; 5 oz @siggisdairy plain skyr yogurt; 1 sm bunch of cilantro; 1 chopped jalapeno; 3 garlic cloves; Juice of 2 limes; Seasoning Blend; Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth, season to taste; Chorizo Fried Egg:; Cook the chorizo then make a well in the center adding in the egg, cover until the egg whites set; Add the avocado crema to a piece of sourdough toast (or tortilla) then the chorizo fried egg, cilantro and fresh salsa; This toast is not only super flavorful, it’s also packed with protein from the Siggi’s skyr and pasture raised fried egg too!
